Team Structure
The RIT Baja SAE Team follows RIT's standards for club organization, with some slight modifications. Like all other clubs at RIT, we have an Executive Board (or E-Board) which handles both the administrative duties and the overall guiding design decisions for the team. RIT Baja SAE also has a number of Design Team Leaders, each of whom handles a major system on the car: brakes, suspension, frame, and driveline to name a few.
Also in common with all clubs at RIT, we have a constitution and set of bylaws that govern both the overall organization and day-to-day operations of the team. Our constitution can be found here.
